It's day 2 of NaMoCroMo! 1/15th of the way through the month of November already (Ha!)

As you can see from the yesterday's motif and now todays, I've been enjoying working with chain/single crochet based motifs. I really love the very lacy look that you get from it.
Now, I figure since I'm going to be blogging every day for the next 30 days, I need some ideas on what to write about. Whether it be about crochet, design or life, what are you interested in hearing about from me?
Today I'm going to share a little bit about writing in general. When I was in my early high school days, I thought I wanted to be an author when I grew up. Not the fictional novel writer, but a journalist of kinds. Unfortunately, I soon learned that I had a strong dislike for trying to put my thoughts on paper. While I loved the beauty of the English language, I felt that it was too hard to convey all of my thoughts properly onto paper (or computer screen, for that matter). So, I gave my dream of writing up, just that easily. That, along with the evils of social media and text messaging have corrupted my writing mind with time. So bad that it's hard to express anything in more than 160 characters! Today, I am striving to learn how to vocalize and write my thoughts. Blogging will hopefully help encourage me to write more often!
